i was at the hospital again yesterday and then tomorrow i will be going again. i will have to see again the specialists and i am beginning to get so down trodden with so much sicknesses and medications and tests and prompting from the doctors. i am always in bed lately---feeling so tired and down trodden because i kept on thinking about my illness and my health. a friend of mine sent me this inspiring email which--- if you think will be nice to read---send it also to some of your friends if you think it will do them good.

FOR ALL THE NEGATIVE THINGS WE SAY TO OURSELVES, GOD HAS A POSITIVE ANSWER TO IT:
