In addition to its essential role in bodily functions, water can be an effective tool for curbing your appetitie. Inadequate water consumption can leave you feeling hungry,. Instead of grabbing a bag of chips, drink 8 to qw ounces of water and then wait to see whether that "hunger" goes away.

Drink up. You may be tempted to cut back on drinking water because of temperatures are getting colder. But the low humidity of heated air can dehydrate you, even though you're not sweating under a hot sun.
